Courtney L'amour has been working in the entertainment and dance industries for over 15 years. 

She's worked and toured in such places as NZ, Australia, Europe, UK, Asia, New Caledonia and South Africa. 

She opened one of the very first pole dancing schools in NZ in 2004 and has been teaching burlesque and burlesque fitness classes for many years. Her burlesque and dance studio is called Studio L'amour www.studiolamour.co.nz. 

She was part of the first neo burlesque troupe in Wellington, called the Sisters of Strangelove and runs her own award winning burlesque cabaret dance troupe called Les Folies de L'amour.

Courtney performs at festivals and shows around NZ and overseas, and teaches workshops and classes. She is the creator and director of such successful shows as The Burlesque Masquerade Ball, Cabaret L'amour and Burlesque Baby.

She won "Peoples Choice Award" and "Contribution to NZ Burlesque" in the New Zealand Burlesque Festival 2014.
